Prepare your inquiry
Please include full manufacturer part numbers, requested quantities, acceptable packaging, required documents and delivery dates. If you have a bill of materials, mention it in your email and attach it when sending.
Review the quotation
Availability, quantities, pricing, payment arrangements and delivery conditions need to be confirmed in the quotation and order agreement. An inquiry or general website illustration does not reserve stock.
Approve the details
Check the part number and specification against your requirements before approving an order. Confirm any inspection, testing, traceability or special handling requirements with the team.
